question on terminalogy

I came across something from a realtor and not sure of the meaning or is it just a name - KIMIRICK - can anyone shed a bit of light on this ... this was in regards to a question on property location. Thanks :)

Sailinalone Kimrick is the name of a bar in Mojacar, they may have property listings on their notice boards

scally thanks, I thought it could be as such, but not being from the area, doesn't hurt to ask. We are quite interested in the area and I'd like learn as much as possible before I actually commit to putting large sums of money into something. Thanks again.
