supermarket opening hours over Christmas

Hi All,
we will be visiting Mojacar from 20th December until after the New Year, and would appreciate someone advising us about the supermarket opening hours. Unfortunately, I have to follow a gluten free diet as well - so I need to know if anywhere will be open on the Sunday when we arrive, or should I bring lots of basic stuff with me?

Mr U.K. Supermarket; open on Sunday between 9.30am to 4pm.
This could be summer hours, maybe send them an email and ask about
not only their winter hours for Sunday trading but also what gluten free products they have.

There is a wholefoods store in Turre for gluten free products, not open on
Sundays.
