Feria y Fiestas de los Santos

31st October – 6th November :: All Saints Day Festival

Paella in AlboxThe origin of this festival goes back many years as being one of the most important agricultural events held throughout Spain. It was celebrated both before and after the 1st of November (All Saints Day)

Front page of the official programmeWith the passing of time and transformation and modernisation of Spain's rural regions, the All Saints Day festival began to lose it's agricultural theme in favour of a more popular fiesta. It is still one of the most important fiestas held in the Almeria province with thousands of people coming to Albox to celebrate it. One of it's most famous events is the Feria de Mediodia, when a huge paella is cooked and served to all the revellers.

This year we can look forward to performances by Los Pecos, Chamarreta, Los Cholas, Marky Ramone, Costa Azul, Bossa Nova, Las Damas de Escorpio, Melodía, Andy and Lucas, Pedro Picasso, Expesiones, Albanta Show, Albaida, Nueva Alaska, Mama Luna, Magnética, Tarantella, Abraxas, Altarrampo and Las Carlotas
